How It Works
AI will now provide a prompt for users when it cannot answer a query:
  • New AI Response: AI will post something along the lines of “Unfortunately, I don’t have an answer for this, but I’ll transfer you to a human agent for further assistance.”
  • Manual Transition: AI triggers an automatic transition to a human support agent when necessary.
  • Improved Article Handling: Custom and default articles are now read accurately by the AI.
