ABility to create theme templates so that you can easily add them to new sub accounts without having to change values manually 1 by 1

As we don't have email ticket option on the chat widget so we need to indicate on the chat window that if the user will not be available for chat, then this chat will be converted into a ticket.

Currently, users cannot access the Getting Started University (plus other courses from HLPT). I think they should add the Courses button next to the News button at the top of the help library.

Hi team, we just had a request for the ability to customize Interactive Guided Tours to match the way that Agencies can customizer their sidebar/menus in the Theme Builder. For example, in this screenshot, they've updated the Launchpad menu title but the Guided Tour still shows the default name:

The customize launchpad is awesome. Would love to be able to embed a video and form into it or have them linked to a popup or something.

It would be helpful to have a customizable pop up or banner to display a daily reminder when clients log into their subaccounts similar to all the yext and wordpress banners.

The launchpad in the the GHL menu could be a very valuable onboarding tool if we had the ability to customise to our specific client journey. The ability to add items, links, icons, text to launchpad, to reorder the items, change colours, etc. would be a great asset to myself and I am sure many others. Helping smooth client onboarding and increasing client retention and lifetime value by getting them up, running and embedded in the software more quickly.

I would love to be able to customise the guided tours as some of the content doesnt make sense for the way that we teach our clients how to use the platform.

The request is to develop functionality that allows the Self-Manage Feature and the HLPT-Managed Tickets option to operate simultaneously. Currently, there seems to be a limitation where activating one feature might disable or conflict with the other. This enhancement should ensure: AO team can self-manage their account and related settings independently without interfering with HLPT's ability to manage tickets on their behalf.
