Feature Requests

Would be great to have a demo video that includes the themes with Top Scroll Bar. The top scroll bar is the best feature, it completely customizes the look and feel - having assets to support this would be great.

Currently when a client books with onboarding they recieve an email from name@thehelpdesk.com or name@baam.com and there is also no mention of our company details anywhere. I have had clients disregard it thinking it was spam, I have had others call me out on outsourcing my support team. This current setup is not fully whitelabel. There are several solutions to fix this.

Hi team, we just had a request for the ability to customize Interactive Guided Tours to match the way that Agencies can customizer their sidebar/menus in the Theme Builder. For example, in this screenshot, they've updated the Launchpad menu title but the Guided Tour still shows the default name:

Service Calendars V2 has no support assets

The image is HUGE and the video is small at the bottom. Does not look professional.

Optimize Theme Builder and Help Widget Memory Usage We’ve noticed very high browser memory usage (often over 1GB) when using our custom subdomain with the new theme builder and help widget. Some team members even get Chrome “Not enough memory” errors when opening pages. It seems the theme builder or help widget adds extra load compared to using app.gohighlevel.com . If possible, please consider optimizing these features to reduce memory strain and improve performance. The customization options are fantastic; we just want to keep the experience smooth and stable for everyone.

Would be awesome if we could have up do date theme builder templates. They all look a bit outdated to be honest :)
