Can we add a report that shows top issues that clients chat about? This way we can make this a basis for additional courses or FAQs that we can easily provide to the clients

Add all "course" entries on the Modal site to home page, search, etc. (They are hidden from everyone)
On the modal support site there are many "courses" that you created that are really great but they are not seen on the homepage, via the search or via the articles. We would all have to create individual links from a 3rd party page to link to all of the hidden goodness you have there. Please bring it to the home page so clients can access it vs it being completely hidden. Makes no sense how it is right now.

Add Courses in the nav bar in help library
Currently, users cannot access the Getting Started University (plus other courses from HLPT). I think they should add the Courses button next to the News button at the top of the help library.

Ability to pop the Help widget into a separate tab or window
Make it so that you can easily pop the article into a separate tab or window? Currently you can just enlarge it or minimize it and the workflow isn't great and we're hoping we can make that a better experience for our users. Even just a link on the Help widget that brings a user to our custom domain for the help library would be fantastic.

Guided tours in multiple languages
Add translations to guided tours so that they are in the same language as the language set in the sub-account (Personally I would like you to add translations into Italian and Spanish).

Modal widget support library in french
I'm in the french market where barely nobody would accept support not in their native language. Please provide french translation and an option to define thé language in subaccount level.
